Q: What's your MOQ for OEM products?
A: For individual Handmade Soap, our MOQ is 1000pcs,while for complete set, we need MOQ at least 1000set.
Q: How can I get a handmade soap free sample?
A: The sample fee for five samples is $20, and the freight will be in charge of you. After payment done, we will arrange samples for you immediately. May I have your full address, I will check the freight for you accordingly.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: Normally our payment term is 30% before production, balance before shipment.
Q: How do I pay the freight ?
A: You can arrange payment by Bank card, also you can though trade assurance ,or TT.
Q: How long will it take to make sample?
A: For stock sample, we can send out immediately, while for new samples, it will take around 7 days.
